Meet Your Instructor

Noorie Shahzadi is a certified yoga instructor with training in Sculpt Yoga, Power Yoga, and Kids & Teen Yoga. With a background in fitness and a passion for mindful movement, she creates welcoming classes that help students build strength, balance, and inner calm.
